Now, more than ever, local children with cancer and their families need your help. Due to their compromised immune system, children with cancer are among the most vulnerable to COVID-19.
Their families have been hard hit financially so WE NEED YOUR HELP URGENTLY.
For almost 2,000 local families who have had a child diagnosed with cancer, they have nowhere else to turn.
POST makes sure that “no family walks their child’s cancer journey alone.”
There is so much more to battling cancer than coping with chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation: terror at medical procedures, stress about treatment side effects, and crippling isolation. Families need meaningful support – tools and resources to help them throughout their journey. We give them that along with compassion, hope, help, and healing.
How your gift will make a difference?
POST is non-profit that relies solely on private donations from generous people like you. POST does not receive any government or state funding. Any amount, big or small, makes a big difference.
We need your help NOW to ensure these brave kids keep fighting!
With your donation, we will:
Make sure no family walks this difficult journey alone.
Use medical play to help children understand cancer.
Help families with daily living needs like housing, transportation, medicine, and food.
Make sure that children get the help they need with school.
Help kids “just be kids” by hosting fun activities like our annual Holiday Party and Cancer Survivor Celebration of Life.
Arrange educational/healing events like our annual Sibling Day and Back to School.
